About

La Strega Bianca Wildcrafts & Wellness is a space where ancestral memory, folk tradition, and everyday practice meet in the form of seasonal, small-batch, handcrafted creations. Each item offered here is made in honor of reverence and care for the plants, forests, and spirits of the land that have guided the journey to embrace healing and renewal.

These offerings honor a lineage of intuitive practice, one that regards plants and the natural world as inseparable from story, ritual, and lived experience. These offerings have developed out of curiosity, necessity, experimentation, and whimsy for witnessing what revealed itself - including the discovery of a deeper tradition of knowing - seasonal, intentional, and rooted in place.

My practice of creation draws inspiration from familial and ancestral Italian folkways, informed by personal healing journeys, and the learned experiences of receiving teachings, while remaining in relationship with the present landscapes in which I find myself, which provide the botanicals and accoutrements used here.

Just as generations before blended practicality with the unseen, to me these preparations have become bridges: between people and plants, memory and presence, care for the self and care for the wider world.

Making continues to be a joyful experience. I hope you enjoy these offerings as much as I have, from foraging and growing, to infusing, blending and packaging with care... By endeavoring to practice developing a broader vision that honors ancestral knowledge, and to remember almost forgotten ways of being, it is an invitation for us to reconnect with natural rhythms.

By engaging with these offerings, you participate in traditions of the past brought forward that value reciprocity, respect for the land, and community-based exchange.

Return to what is essential and let the natural world speak for itself ~
Thoughtfully crafted, working with the wisdom of the plants.
